Understand The Law That Protects Owners From Abusive HOA Debt Collection Practices

In 1977, Congress passed the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (the “FDCPA” or “Act”) to prevent abusive, deceptive, and unfair debt collection practices by debt collectors.
