Who We Are
Homeowners Protection Bureau, LLC (HOPB), is a private organization specifically designed to help educate and support owners of properties governed by condominium, cooperative, and homeowners’ associations (HOAs). We do this while functioning within the guidelines of legality, ethicality, and trustworthiness.
What We Do
We help to strengthen HOA communities by using education as a major instrument to promote informed decision-making. We do this by publishing unbiased and fact-based information authored by qualified legal professionals. The HOPB project is an open-source HOA information platform freely available to everyone.
