The Alabama Uniform Condominium Act of 1991 (the “Act”), applies to all condominiums created after January 1, 1991. However, some sections of this chapter may also apply to condominiums formed before January 1, 1991. For more on the applicability of provisions of this chapter, please read section 35-8A-102.
