Overview

The Uniform Condominium Act (UCA), 68 Pa. Cons. Stat. §§ 3101, et seq., governs the creation, alteration, termination, and management of condominiums in Pennsylvania.

The Act applies to condominiums created after its effective date (120 days from July 2, 1980). Certain provisions, however, apply to all condominiums regardless of when they were created, as long as the events involved occurred after the UCA became effective.
