Pennsylvania Uniform Planned Community Act

Title 68, Subpart D

The Uniform Planned Community Act, 68 Pa.C.S. §§ 5101, et seq. (the “Act”) governs the creation, management, and regulation of all planned communities in the state of Pennsylvania. For more on applicability of provisions of this Act, please read Section 5102 below.

The Act is broken down into the following four chapters:

  •   Chapter 51.  General Provisions

  •   Chapter 52.  Creation, Alteration and Termination of Planned Communities

  •   Chapter 53.  Management of Planned Community

  •   Chapter 54.  Protection of Purchasers

 Enactment.  Subpart D was added December 19, 1996, P.L.1336, No.180, effective in 45 days.
